First you must ensure you have registered so you can then login and access all the properties, view the full description and details of the property and this will allow you to download the property pack of information. To register simply press this link: properties.aclonline.co.uk/login

This will also enable you to then select from the different property types available in your selected area based on your selection criteria.

Once you have found the ideal property using the search selection criteria you can now reserve the property and we will engage with you from here.

Reservation - This will permit you to have sole exclusivity to the property without other buyers interseeding whilst we prepare the viewing to determine whether you wish to proceed with the property purchase.

A fully refundable deposit of £100 will be payable to reserve the property which is redeemed within 72 hours if you do not proceed with the purchase, otherwise, offset against the purchase price which is notified to your nominated solicitor and deducted from the purchase price.

NB. If you do not have a Conveyancing solicitor we can allocate a fast-track legal service to aid an efficient and time delimited property exchange and completion.

Clear and Transparent Fee Arrangement 

A 2.4% fee arrangement is applicable of which a 50% payment will be required denoted as the second payment, the first being the £100 reservation fee. 

We will then organise all the relevant paperwork whilst keeping you looped throughout the process liaising with your solicitor throughout via our dedicated back office team who will deliver a client-friendly and efficient service. 

Post Completion, the remaining balance of the fee arrangement is paid. We will then organise the keys for you, take on the necessary handover procedures including utility checking and meter readings and advise you accordingly.

At this point, you have the option of using our Facilitated Services of Property Refurbishment where we would inspect the property with you and collaborate as to the required refurbishment which is delivered to the highest standards as a cost effective service.
